Thanks for combining them in one peace. I totally agree with you that having fun in games has to be in the first place. Most of the web3 games are excuses or addendums for staking tokens. Adopting web2 model of F2P with NFTs and tokens doesn't work anymore, especially in the bear market. Besides that, current versions of P2E mechanics have to transform into something meaningful.

I’ve been in crypto since 2014 and believe that in the next 3-5 years, more games are using blockchain technology. nowadays, imho, blockchain doesn’t bring revolutionary ideas/approaches to the games. Most of cases how blockchain is used in games could be done with classical backend — marketplaces, revenue sharing… What blockchain brings — it’s more trust and transparent (how royalties are distributed and how money is used).

What is the most meaningful/useful case of using blockchain technology in games from your perspective?
